* We sponsor eight active network groups in our Shelton office prompting employment openings, professional contacts and support in disciplines related to Accounting/Finance/ Financial Services, Information Technology, Sales/Marketing, Human Resources, Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering and Senior Management.
* We find appropriate job
opportunities for our program participants and assist in setting up interviews for them. This has resulted in our placing numerous participants in job
opportunities at no expense to the hiring firms.
* We assist in expanding each participant's network base by providing business contacts within appropriate disciplines and offering introductions to individuals who can be instrumental to their success!
* We actively participate with the candidates in professional associations and external networking organizations to further enhance their networking skills.
* Participants in individual programs are offered the
opportunity to attend an excellent three-day, off site productivity improvement workshop,
which focuses on creativity, problem resolution and stress reduction
with an accent on increasing personal and professional productivity;
all critical elements to a successful job search.
